A Walk with Mom

You don't need me to tell you that the evenings in summertime are incredible. My mom likes to refer to the walks we take in the paths near her neighborhood as mini vacations. The scenery is pretty in itself but when you find stuff like this it makes it even more worth it....

I guess bees pretty much work all day bc they were still at it around 8pm.

Here Comes the Bride

For Jenny's bridal portraits we went to the VW Arboretum. With a Maid of Honor and an assistant along for the shoot we were able to get a ton of different poses. Jenny is soo easy to photograph and laid back, this was definitely a fun shoot and the light was amazing. Here's a very few of favorites, I had lots...

This was taken at the very end on our way back to the parking lot. My assistant and awesome friend, Brandi, has a good eye when she pointed this out as a great shot, I couldn't agree more.

I love this one bc it's Jenny truly being herself...that's what makes this picture so awesome.

This one took some time to set up and Jenny had to do some balancing but it was well worth it!

This one reminds me of a magazine cover, I love the light behind her.

What a gorgeous bouquet...had to have a picture of it.

Little Man

I couldn't ask for anything better then to take my first baby portraits of Hunter. He's such a sweet and happy baby! I just let him do his thing and snapped away. Here are a few of my favorites from the session:

I'm finally blogified (not to sure if that's a word, but it sounds good!). Until my website is finished, I'll keep you updated here with lots of new work that I'm doing.
